Accomplish services can be contracted by either the surgical practice, individual participants, employer or health plan directly. Participants work with the same RD over the course of their service.

Programs

12 Month Comprehensive Service

Our signature 12-month service provides a comprehensive pre and post surgery program to achieve long-term health. During this 23-session telephonic coaching program, the patient works exclusively with one Bariatric Nutritionist – enhancing partnership, accountability and achievement of nutritional and behavioral goals. The cost for this option is $1450.

Back-on-Track

This service is designed for those experiencing weight regain, slowed weight loss or individuals who find themselves returning to less healthy behaviors. Eight calls over a 3-month period provide support and structure to reestablish better eating habits and get back to the behaviors that produce weight loss. The cost for this option is $540.
