Program Options

Accomplish services can be contracted by either the surgical practice or individuals directly. Participants work with the same RD over the course of their service.

12 Month Comprehensive Service

Our signature 12-month program provides the ideal comprehensive pre and post surgery contact for long-term health. During the 23 session, telephonic coaching program the patient works exclusively with one dietitian enhancing partnership, accountability, and achievement of nutritional and behavioral goals. The cost for this option is $1450

6 Month Service

A total of 16 sessions done pre or post surgery; cost $1025

3 Month Service

8 sessions done over a 3 month period pre or post surgery; cost $540

Short Term Help

4 sessions for $295
